Q2: How can I get a quotation?
A2: Simply send us your 2D or 3D files, or samples. Accepted drawing formats include STEP, STP, PDF, DWG, DXF, SLDPRT, PRT and CAD drawings.
Q3: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A3: The MOQ depends on your product and drawing requirements. Generally, we’re flexible and may not set a strict MOQ. This allows us to better meet the diverse needs of our customers, whether you need a small – batch trial order or a large – scale production.
Q4: Will my drawing be safe with you?
A4: Absolutely. We respect your intellectual property. Without your permission, we won’t disclose your design to any third party. Moreover, we can sign a Non – Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share the drawing, ensuring your peace of mind.
Q5: Can you provide samples?
A5: Yes, we offer sample production. Once you confirm the sample meets your expectations, we’ll start mass production. This way, you can be confident in the quality and specifications of the final products.
Q6: What about your quality control measures?
A6: Quality control is a top priority. Production operators conduct self – inspections at every step of the process. Our Quality Control (QC) team then performs spot checks and final inspections. We’re committed to keeping the defective rate within 1% or even lower.
Q7: How do you ship the goods?
A7: We have established partnerships with reliable forwarders. They can deliver your goods quickly at competitive rates. However, if you prefer, you’re also welcome to use your own shipping agent for added convenience.
Q8: What’s your delivery time?
A8: For samples, it usually takes 15 – 30 days. For mass production, it’s 20 – 35 days. Delivery times may vary depending on order complexity and production schedules, but we always strive to meet or exceed your expectations.
Q9: How do I place an order?
>Send us your drawing or sample.
>We’ll produce a sample and send it to you for review.
>Once you’re satisfied with the sample, place an order and pay a 30% deposit.
>We’ll start manufacturing the product.
>When production is complete, we’ll send you videos for inspection. Then, you pay the remaining balance.
